Vida Soap Review

I know you know we believe in clean food around here. So I am equally sure you know we believe in clean products for our body as well. However finding clean products has led us to many DIY’s, clean personal care products can just be so hard to find! When I come across the prospect of a personal care product being clean and healthy I get excited. Needless to say, I was excited to check out Vida Soap and see what they are all about.

First impression

I opened the package, and let me tell you… The clouds parted and angels sang! Man oh man these soaps smell amazing! Not your run-of-the-mill fake fragrance sort of smells, but like herbs and plants and essential oils kind of goodness. After years of going all natural the fake fragrances sort of just annoy me now. These Vida soaps smell nothing like that, just good ol’ amazing mother nature smells! I received three amazing different soaps to try Lavender, Rosemary Mint, and Lemongrass. However, they also offer a Pink Grapefruit, Eucalyptus, and Cedarwood Oatmeal, that I am sure would smell just as wonderful.

Ingredients

Ok then let’s talk about the ingredients. Cause really that’s the important stuff right? Ingredients~Saponified oils of olive, coconut, and palm; essential oils, mineral pigments, and herbs. Seriously that’s it. Nothing weird and so scientific you can’t pronounce it. For me, this was quite impressive. I find many places try to hide stuff by overcomplicating the words, not here.

So everybody in my house has tried these and we all just love them. I found this to be gentle enough for the littles, even the baby! Your skin feels amazing and of course, since there are no harsh chemicals there is no overdried feeling when you are done. Your skin feels and smells amazing after sudsing up with Vida Soap.

The surprising extra

You know when you find a company that goes a little further than they have to to do good in the world? Nothing is more attractive for business than a company with a heart. Well, my friends, that is exactly what you’ve got here. This little soap package isn’t just plastic junk that will fill landfills or trash up the world’s oceans, nope these are biodegradable. It doesn’t stop there! The packaging is infused with wildflower seeds…. yes, I said it, wildflower seeds. Feed some amazing little bees with this packaging! Does that get any better?

Really there is no downside here. Amazingly healthy, heavenly smelling, all natural, plant-based soaps that come in wonderful little boxes that have wildflower seeds infused right in! As you can clearly see I was all around impressed with absolutely everything about Vida Soaps. With a fragrance to please just about everyone, gentle enough for kids and babies and environmentally friendly practices this is one soap worth adding to your bathroom and believe me, you will fall in love ♡♡♡
